These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Contactable.co.uk and Contactable.uk (together, the “Platform”).
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Contactable
Contactable is operated as a UK sole trader, trading as Contactable.co.uk and Contactable.uk (“Contactable”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. What Contactable provides
Contactable is a general-purpose online platform that provides tools for creating and sharing profile pages and digital contact experiences.
Features may include:
- Biolink and vCard-style profile pages
- Custom domains
- External links and embedded content
- File downloads
- QR codes
- Contact forms and messaging tools
- Analytics and visitor statistics
- Events and appointment booking tools
- Email capture and mailing list features
- AI-powered tools including chat, images, and documents
- Monetisation tools such as affiliate links, digital product links, and donations or tips
Contactable provides tools only. We do not act as a marketplace, agent, reseller, or seller.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Platform.
Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Platform.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, you must not use Contactable.
We do not knowingly provide services to children under 16 and may suspend or terminate accounts where we believe this requirement has not been met.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Keep your login details secure
- Take responsibility for all activity on your account
You must not:
- Create accounts using automated methods or bots
- Attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls
- Interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform
4. Plans, subscriptions and billing
Contactable offers Starter, Personal, and Professional subscription plans.
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where UK consumer law requires otherwise.
5. Usernames, pages and domains
Usernames, page names and domains must not:
- Impersonate another person, business or brand
- Infringe intellectual property or other legal rights
- Be misleading, abusive, or harmful
- Be registered primarily for resale or squatting
Inactive use
We may reclaim or recycle usernames or pages that are inactive for an extended period, particularly where they prevent legitimate use by others.
Rights complaints
Where we receive a credible complaint relating to legal rights or misuse, we may remove content, restrict access, or require changes. Where appropriate, we may act without a court order to protect users, the Platform, or our legal position.
6. Your content
“Your Content” means anything you add to the Platform, including text, images, files, links, embedded media, products, forms, messages, events, and published AI outputs.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that:
- You own it or have the right to use it
- It complies with applicable laws and regulations
- It does not infringe the rights of others
- It is not misleading, fraudulent, or harmful
- It does not contain malware or unsafe code
File uploads and security scanning
Contactable may apply automated security, malware, or integrity checks to files uploaded to the Platform. These checks are provided as a protective measure only.
You remain fully responsible for all uploaded content. We do not guarantee that any file will be free from harmful components, nor do we accept liability for damage caused by files uploaded by users.
If you upload malicious, unlawful, or unsafe content, you may be suspended or terminated and may be reported where required by law.
7. Acceptable use
Contactable is intended for professional, creative, personal and business use.
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Content or links that are pornographic, sexually explicit in nature, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise unsafe are not permitted.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts where use of the Platform creates legal, safety, reputational, technical, or compliance risks, even where content may be lawful in some jurisdictions.
We assess content case by case and are not required to host or continue hosting any content.
Legal reporting and cooperation
Where required by law, or where we reasonably believe there is a risk of serious harm or unlawful activity, Contactable may preserve, disclose, or report relevant information to appropriate authorities.
8. Licence to use your content
You retain ownership of Your Content.
You grant Contactable a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, process, and make technical copies of Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Platform.
This licence continues only for as long as Your Content remains on the Platform, subject to reasonable retention for backups, security, and legal compliance.
9. Visitors, customers and monetisation
You are responsible for how you use the Platform and how visitors interact with your page.
Where you:
- Sell products or services
- Accept donations or tips
- Share affiliate or sponsored links
- Collect email addresses
- Offer bookings or events
You do so directly with your audience.
You are responsible for:
- Pricing, refunds, and fulfilment
- Customer communications and support
- Disclosures, taxes, and legal compliance
Contactable is not the seller of record and does not guarantee sales, traffic, or results.
10. Payments and third-party services
Contactable does not take transaction fees on your earnings.
Payments are handled entirely by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Their terms apply to your relationship with them.
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, disputes, or payment decisions.
Pages may include links, embeds, or uploaded content provided by users or third parties. Contactable does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.
11. AI features
AI tools are provided to assist users but may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs.
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing AI-generated content
- Deciding what to publish or rely on
- Ensuring AI use complies with these Terms and applicable law
We make no guarantees about AI outputs.
12. Platform availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform.
Where changes materially affect paid subscriptions, we will aim to provide reasonable notice unless immediate action is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- These Terms are breached
- The Platform is used for illegal or harmful purposes
- Payment issues occur
- Required by law or to prevent risk
Where practical, we will attempt to notify you in advance.
14. Intellectual property
All rights in the Platform, software, branding, layouts, and templates belong to Contactable, excluding Your Content.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or extract Platform systems or code.
15. Liability and disclaimers
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contactable’s total liability is limited to:
- The fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose; or
- ÂŁ100 where no fees were paid
- Whichever is higher
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses where permitted by law.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you collect personal data from visitors, you are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
